Taking a company public is often seen as difficult, time consuming and expensive. Still hundreds of companies worldwide do it successfully every year. Last year Nasdaq Nordic welcomed 115 companies, most of them small or mid-sized companies, raising total of 3,6 billion euros.

The experienced panelists include
Timo Linnainmaa, Partner and Co-Founder of Loudspring. Loudspring (previously called as Cleantech Invest) did an IPO on First North Finland in 2014 and was dual listed on First North Sweden in 2016.
Marjut Rokkonen, Partner, Alexander Corporate Finance. Marjut has been involved in numerous IPOs and acts as a Certified Adviser on First North.
Joni Paananen, Senior Legal Counsel, Fondia. Joni has acted as a legal adviser in several IPOs. Fondia itself went public in 2017.
